Online Marketing Specialist
As a member of our online marketing team, you will be responsible for the bottom-line success of online campaigns. The successful candidate will maintain ownership over the management, optimization and creative development of online advertising campaigns and will continue to find new and inventive ways to generate traffic for our customer acquisition efforts. This position is responsible for driving organic and paid search traffic to the company website from major search engine and industry/technology portals to deliver on traffic and lead generation targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive creative development throughout a campaign’s lifecycle, interfacing with creative and product teams.
- Provide in-depth analysis on marketing campaign performance and optimize/grow results based on learnings.
- Plan and implement ongoing creative strategies.
- Monitor and report on competitive landscape and industry needs
- Define content that helps to expand visitors’ use of our website
- Perform technical evaluation of the website and provide recommendations for optimization of technical elements, aid in their implementation
- Create and execute winning organic search processes
- Keyword analysis and optimization
- Plan and set up PPC campaigns for Google, Yahoo, MSN

- A strong history of performance in online marketing and direct response marketing.
- Experience in at least two of the following: search engine marketing (paid or organic); affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing; co-registration; online media buying
- Hands-on experience with online marketing campaigns, CRM marketing campaigns management and automation systems supporting list preparation, download and campaign deployment and tracking of campaign performance.
- Marketing Analytics experience
- Experience with analysis of marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing media test methodologies, and analyzing test results experience in quantitative analysis, online marketing and/or direct marketing experience required.
- Website Analytics experience
- Managing the design or build of web technology with a focus on website analytics: page views, click-thru, downloads. Experience tracking with lead generation or opt-in activities.
- Website Traffic Management experience
- Experience with managing online media traffic, ad campaigns and ad partnerships.
- At least 2 years of SEO/SEM demonstrated knowledge of SEO techniques and tactics
